From the event organizers:

We are holding our 5th Annual Conscious Christmas Event happening at HOWL in Downtown Long Beach on November 19th put on by Long Beach Christian Fellowship in partnership with the Garden Church.

Conscious Christmas is a one day event created to help shoppers seek justice by taking action in their own communities to combat labor and human trafficking.   Each vendor has demonstrated values that promote sustainability, fair wages, and ethical “people first” business practices. Our goal for the event is to promote fair trade practices while raising consumer awareness of their purchasing power. We have over 15 amazing vendors participating including Krochet Kids, 31 Bits, Ten Thousand Villages, UNCVRD Jewelry, and more! It will take place indoors on Saturday, November 19th from 10 am – 2:00 pm at HOWL in Downtown Long Beach. Last year 500 shoppers attended and purchased from over 15 socially conscious businesses, plus we simultaneously raised $1,000 for Long Beach Human Trafficking Task Force.
