Ministry Retreat - November 14-15, 2025
Dear Ministry Team Leaders and Ministry Team Members,
Our Ministry Team Retreat for ministry teams and leaders across all of FOL is just around the corner. We are asking ministry team members to consider setting aside 30 hours to take time away with God and each other from Friday 11/14 at 4pm to Saturday 11/15 at 6pm, at Camp Maranatha in Idyllwild, CA.
This will be a time of powerful worship – a worship band is coming to lead our hearts and bodies in worship to God, a time of focused prayer, time in the Word, and a time for you to spend in planning and mutual encouragement with other folks in your ministry team.
We have created a very flexible schedule. We will all spend time together for worship, vision and mission, renewal in the Word and prayer, but for five hours each team has the opportunity to craft their own ministry team time together OR to spend time in team building sessions with Pastor Kim. If you are part of multiple teams and are not certain which team you would join on the retreat – please contact Pastor Kim and she would be delighted to work through those details with you.
Ministry Team Leaders, Staff, and Leadership Team Members – please contact all the members of all of the teams you lead or are part of and encourage their attendance.If you are leaders of a ministry team and you would like to take the five hours available for team development to do your own thing, then, please take the next week to plan your agenda and prepare the resources required for your time together.
We will close registration at the end of the day on Tuesday, November 11, so we encourage you to please sign up before then!
